A number of which don&#8217;t seem to see a need to return our calls or <em>even turn up to organised property inspections<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>As a result, I&#8217;m creating a pamphlet entitled: <strong>Don&#8217;t be a <em>tele-phoney<\/em>, even <em>you<\/em> can learn how to return calls!<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s a teaser:<\/p>\n<p><img src=\"https:\/\/i2.wp.com\/nick.onetwenty.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/b2evo\/telephone_bad_good.png?w=840\" border=\"0\" alt=\"\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I plan on sending these onto people who continually fail to return our calls. Maybe it will help them out. More likely, it will just make me feel a little better.<\/p>\n<p>I should mention that not all real-estate agents we have dealt with have been bad. In particular, we found Ali from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gowre.com.au\/\">GOW Real Estate<\/a> to be very professional.<\/p>\n<p><em>Update: Images created using content from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.openclipart.org\/\">openclipart.org<\/a>.
