{"id":462,"date":"2006-09-05T16:21:51","date_gmt":"2006-09-05T08:21:51","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2010-06-25T11:55:00","modified_gmt":"2010-06-25T03:55:00","slug":"recent_youtubings","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nick.onetwenty.org\/index.php\/2006\/09\/05\/recent_youtubings\/","title":{"rendered":"Recent YouTubings"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Just a few things I saw on YouTube recently that I wanted to post here:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/youtube.com\/watch?v=TJyoeBj3SUw\">Ok Go performing &#8220;Here it Goes Again&#8221; at the MTV Video Music Awards<\/a>; Everyone loves the <a href=\"http:\/\/youtube.com\/watch?v=pv5zWaTEVkI&amp;mode=related&amp;search=\">original &#8220;treadmill dance&#8221; video<\/a> and this live version is great.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/youtube.com\/watch?v=pv5zWaTEVkI&amp;mode=related&amp;search=\">Hugh Laurie singing &#8220;Mystery&#8221; on Inside the Actors Studio<\/a>; I always liked Hugh Laurie as a comedian in the UK before he scored the leading role in House. This comedic song is very entertaining.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/youtube.com\/watch?v=ARHyRI9_NB4\">Say It&#8217;s Possible<\/a> by Terra Naomi is yet another internet music phenomenon; At least judging by the number of covers on YouTube. Although admittedly probably helped along by her <a href=\"http:\/\/youtube.com\/watch?v=ARHyRI9_NB4\">How To Play &#8220;Say It&#8217;s Possible&#8221; video<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Finally, so as to not let Google Video out in the cold, anyone who hasn&#8217;t seen this <a href=\"http:\/\/video.google.com\/videoplay?docid=3688185030664621355\">compilation of Japanese ISUZU Gemini commercials<\/a> from the 80s needs to check it out now.
