Here are a couple we improvised this morning for Amelia&#8217;a playtime.<\/p>\n<p>Firstly, for the body builder parent:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>These are Amelia&#8217;s pectorials<\/p>\n<p>These are Amelia&#8217;s guns<\/p>\n<p>These are Amelia&#8217;s abbadabbadabbas<\/p>\n<p>And these are Amelia&#8217;s buns!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Finally, here&#8217;s one for all new parents:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Milk in the front<\/p>\n<p>Poop out the back<\/p>\n<p>What&#8217;s in the middle?<\/p>\n<p>Tickle attack!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Heidi and I took Amelia to a new parents group yesterday.
