ADSL just won’t sync anymore. I called Amcom and they couldn’t find anything wrong on their end, so they lodged a line fault with Telstra. It should be resolved by the end of the day… but I’m skeptical for various reasons.
I’m on a backup dial-up service at the moment… dial-up!

Yeah, Amcom have officially made my list of “companies that have pissed me off”.
The only time I started to see a hint of action was when I complained in a public forum (whirlpool.net.au).
